Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman stated the matter during the French Bruneian Business Association Dialogue Session titled "Striding Forward: A Dialogue with the Ministry of Home Affairs".

The Dialogue Session was attended by ambassadors and envoys from friendly nations as well as several key agencies under the Ministry of Home Affairs.
